Behind every departure lies a negotiation
We’re here to win it

Advice, strategy and negotiation: we protect your interests at every stage of your departure from the company

For salaried managers and senior executives: expertise at your service

Negotiations within a company depend on the specific circumstances of each case, and expertise is only truly valuable when it is tailored to the situation.

Before taking any action, we take the time to assess your situation as a whole, so that we can define realistic objectives together and develop the strategy best suited to your particular circumstances.

FL Avocats provides you with comprehensive legal, human and tax support in managing your contractual relationship.

Our services

FL Avocats advises and assists clients in particular in the following areas:

Negotiating your departure from the company

Are you considering leaving the company, or have you been asked to do so. We assess your situation and negotiate the best possible terms for your departure, including financial, legal and tax considerations.

Challenging a Dismissal

Unfair dismissal, dismissal without proper grounds, or a dismissal carried out in breach of the applicable procedures? We assess your case and protect your rights before the relevant courts.

Recovery of Unpaid Wages and Benefits

Unpaid overtime, outstanding bonuses, or incorrect job classification? We identify any breaches by your employer and take action to recover the amounts you are owed.

Addressing Workplace
Harassment and Toxic Management

Workplace harassment, excessive pressure, or deteriorating working conditions? We support you in asserting your rights and taking action to put an end to an unacceptable situation.

Amendment to your employment contract

An obligation can be an opportunity. Together, we prepare the conditions for its success in advance.

Career management and compensation

We offer individualized support for your career, from preparing for annual performance reviews to negotiating changes in your compensation.

Civil Law, Family Law and Real Estate Law:

The firm does not practice family law or real estate law. In these areas, it acts as a correspondent for the firm of Alexander Steller, a lawyer at the Paris Bar, to whom clients are referred for matters such as divorce, inheritance, and real estate sales.
Each firm operates independently and retains control over its cases and fees.

Our Approach

Before taking any action, FL Avocats conducts a comprehensive assessment of your situation, based on an initial consultation and the provision of the key factual documents, such as your employment contract, any amendments, payslips, annual performance reviews and relevant correspondence.

Based on this assessment, we explain the legal and financial issues at stake in your case and provide you with:

  • A proposed set of objectives tailored to the financial considerations of your situation

  • An overview of the legal strategies available to achieve those objectives

  • An engagement letter setting out the terms of our professional relationship, the performance of which is governed by the professional and ethical rules applicable to lawyers

One Point of Contact, From Start to Finish

The lawyer who signs your engagement letter with you will remain your sole point of contact and will personally handle all work carried out on your behalf, except for any specific involvement of bailiffs, court-appointed experts or other judicial professionals where required.
